Care-At-Home
Adults 18+ years
Sunnyfield’s Care-at-Home services supports people with disability to live more independently within their own home and lifestyle routine.
Locations: Parramatta, Blacktown, St. Marys, Orchard Hills, Kemps Creek and Guildford.
Weekend Chills and Thrills
Adults 18+ years
Weekends are for friends and adventure, so you’ll get out and about, do things to build your independence, develop a few life skills and make loads of new friends. These programs are jam-packed with local events, attractions, cruises and much more.
Locations: Blacktown, St. Marys and Kemps Creek.
My Choice
Adults 18+ years
My Choice at Sunny is a custom-built social program in Western Sydney based on you. Using your ideas, interests, and hobbies, we’ll create a fun and engaging program that provides the supports you need and activities you enjoy.
Locations: Kemps Creek, Blacktown, Parramatta, Guildford, St Marys, Orchard Hills, and Southwest Sydney
Kemps Creek Community Services Hub
A day in the life at the Kemps Creek Hub is far from dull. With an array of life skills and activities, you can care for your very own vegetable patch and garden, learn new things in the computer lab with smart board iPads and develop yourself in our purpose-built sensory room.
Parramatta Community Services Hub
A beautifully restored cottage serves as the home for the Parramatta hub and is sure to feel just like home to you too. Set amongst the parklands full of bright sunshine and full views of the greenery, all the excitement of the area is close enough to breathe in.
Orchard Hills Community Services Hub
The Orchard Hills hub means picturesque vistas with rolling hills and gorgeous sunshine, the perfect backdrop for new friends and new experiences. Have some fun learning a recipe or two with cooking groups at the onsite community café, party it up with music and dancing or local trips in the community.
Blacktown Community Services Hub
There’s never a slow moment in our Blacktown hub where the excitement doesn’t stop. Being right in the middle of Blacktown’s booming shopping district means the whole community comes here to mingle with plenty of new things to explore all the time.
Guildford Community Services Hub
The Guildford hub is surrounded by parklands just waiting for you to have a kick or a hit in. It’s also the perfect place to learn some gardening skills with new friends in a relaxed and peaceful environment.
St Marys Community Services Hub
St Mary’s Hub has just about anything you could possibly need, sitting in the heart of town with shops, cafés, public transport, and the local library just a skip away. The colourful walls are adorned with artwork created by participants over the years, bringing a homely feel to the Hub.
