Starting as a Community Support Worker 11 years ago, Lisa’s love, passion and determination is why she is the leader she is today. A fearless go-getter, Lisa is always willing to try something new, encouraging her team and clients to persevere until they find what works for them on their path to achieving their NDIS goals. Lake Mac is well-known as a local community that engages and supports, and Lisa is a great advocate for connecting clients with community, promoting social engagement through community access programs.
