Meet Tim Conway

With 6 years of experience in the disability sector and previous leadership in rostering at an Out of Home Care company, Tim has been committed as a Disability Service Manager at Sunnyfield Toronto for the past 8 months. His dedication to supporting individual growth originates from my upbringing. Inspired by his father’s work in Special Education, I chose a career focused on person-centered support, respect, and empowerment.
Tim’s vision for the Toronto Hub includes improving services, establishing community partnerships, and celebrating every accomplishment, regardless of size. Beyond work, he stays active, cherishes time with his family, and passionately supports Manchester United. Family is Tim’s greatest source of happiness.
