At Tamworth, Community Services Hub clients can access the following services: Day program Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Skills for Life programs such as Road Safety, Following a Recipe, Planning a Menu and Knowing Myself. Weekend and weekday evening social groups for adults.

The day program at Tamworth hub is open to adults 18+ The social group is for adults 18+.

What type of funding do I need to attend the hub?

Meet Michelle Kolesnikoff

Michelle’s passion for empowering people to reach their full potential and achieve their goals led her to Sunnyfield 6 years ago, and she hasn’t looked back. Starting as a Community Support Worker, her person-centred approach to the clients she supported quickly saw her move up the ranks to Service Manager, where she hopes to provide more community participation opportunities for clients. Michelle understands that life changes at the drop of a hat, so she lives by the philosophy to love, live and laugh because you never know what the next moment will bring.
