Mates Night Muswellbrook
Get ready for a night with the boys. Mates Night is a men-only event for the bonds of brotherhood. Here you can hang out, shoot the breeze, or otherwise kick back with a few of the lads. We’ll develop life skills and nurture independence as we watch the footy, enjoy a cheeky BBQ, have a smash at the park and much more.
Weekend Chills and Thrills Singleton & Muswellbrook
Weekends are for friends and adventure, so you’ll get out and about, do things to build your independence, develop a few life skills and make loads of new friends. These programs are jam packed with local events, attractions, cruises and much more.

Sunday Fundays Northern Sydney
Sundays are meant for relaxation, rejuvenation and catching up with friends. This program is for people with disability aged 30+ and includes breakfast or lunch at one of the many amazing cafes or restaurants on the Northern Beaches, followed by a short walk or stroll along one of the beautiful coastal walks or Sunday markets.
