Sundays are meant for relaxation, rejuvenation and catching up with friends. This program is for people with disability aged 30+ and includes breakfast or lunch at one of the many amazing cafes or restaurants on the Northern Beaches, followed by a short walk or stroll along one of the beautiful coastal walks or Sunday markets.

Hotshots has everything you need to have loads of fun close to home with all sorts of super cool activities for children aged 6 - 12 years. The Youth Hub Maitland

Youth Hub is a school holiday program for our 13-17 year olds, so you never know where we might be. You could catch us checking out the latest movies, down at the skate parks, exploring nature, sneaking in a game or two on the footy field, and a whole lot more.
