We’ll travel to Maitland from the Hub to enjoy some history and fun. 2024 will showcase train engine models, vintage farming equipment, steam punk games and more. There will also be classic cars, live music and markets to enjoy. Please bring a packed lunch or money to purchase lunch and other things from stalls.

Let’s get excited! Today, we’ll be going to the cinema to see Inside Out 2 at Charlestown Square. After, we’ll grab some lunch and head back to the Hub.

Let’s head to Maitland to the Aroma Festival. There will be coffee, stalls, food displays and demonstrations, markets and a host of other activities. Please bring money to make purchases from stalls.

As the roses start to bloom we’ll visit Hunter Valley Gardens to walk around the garden and enjoy the scenery. Hunter Valley gardens offers several great sites, including an oriental garden, formal garden, several statues and beautiful fountains. Please bring a packed lunch or money to purchase lunch.

Join us for one last time this year to celebrate Christmas with a BBQ in the Park at Rathmines followed by going out to look at Christmas lights around the Lake Macquarie/Newcastle area.
