The Youth Hub Lake Macquarie

Youth Hub is a school holiday program for our 13-17-year-olds, so you never know where we might be. You could catch us checking out the latest movies, down at the skate parks, exploring nature, sneaking in a game or two on the footy field, and a whole lot more. One thing’s for sure though, new friends and life skills are always on the agenda.

Ninja Park
Come jump, climb, walk, hang and swing your way around Newcastle’s Ninja Park. Weave your way through the course, then we will head into Newcastle to have lunch by the beach. Please pack morning tea and a drink.

Scavenger Hunt
Let’s visit Lambton Park and use a treasure map to find all the local landmarks. After, we will burn off some extra energy playing and frolicking in the park and enjoy some fish and chips for lunch. Please pack morning tea and a drink.

Experience the wondrous and curious alpacas, discovering each of their unique personalities. You will be able to enter their enclosure and get up close and personal with each of them. Please pack morning tea, lunch and a drink.

Our junior sleuths will learn about how prisoners lived in the Gaol on a guided tour. As a souvenir you will receive a temporary tattoo to wear for a few days. Please pack morning tea, lunch and a drink.
