The Learning Tree Singleton

The Learning Tree is built around fostering all kinds of social, creative, and physical skills, for children with disability. Filled with super cool activities like swimming, sports, gardening, arts and craft, seasonal cooking, and trips to the movies this is the place for after school fun and friends.

Colour Scavenger Hunt

Let’s head down to Rose Point Park and immerse ourselves in a colour scavenger hunt. You’ve got to be in it to win it. Let’s go! We will have sausages on the BBQ for dinner and play some ball games after.

There isn’t a better way to cool off after school than to head down to our local pool! Jump right in and make a splash with your mates. After, we’ll have some hot chippies for dinner.

Indigenous Art

As we are on Wonnarua land, let’s spend the afternoon embracing the traditional culture of the land’s people. Let’s set up outside and create a gorgeous, unique dot painting to hang in the Sunnyfield loungeroom to showcase to all our friends. We will have chicken tenders and chips for dinner.

Rewarding Recycling

What better way to stack up some cash for our end of term celebration then to participate in the recycling program. Let’s pack up the van, glove up and get going! How much cash do you think we’ll get? Afterwards, we’ll return to the Hub and make nachos for dinner.

Showdown

Let’s jump in the van and head down to Rose Point Park, with our water guns and balloons. Let the battle begin! What an awesome way to cool off after a hot day at school. We will have hot chippies and scallops for dinner at the park and then head back to the Hub for pick up. Please bring your towels and a change of clothes.

Let’s take the van and head down to Towhead Park to learn road safety skills with our mates. As we get older, these skills are going to come in super handy! After, we will have a play at the park before heading back to the Hub for a pizza dinner.
