Swimming $5
Get ready to splash and laugh with your friends while exploring the different pools around the Central Coast. A great way to stay active in the hotter months, combining fun in the water with a great workout.

Gardening and Poultry Care
Get active in the garden and learn how to propagate seedlings. Learn about different herbs and which plants to grow for different seasons. After spending the morning in the garden you will be caring for our poultry, collecting eggs, and changing the hay in our chook pen.

Today, we are heading off to the open waters for Sailability to test our sailing skills and have some fun.

Spend the day getting pampered at the Hub and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Spend the day looking after yourself with treatments including manicures, facials, meditation and more.

Join us for a day of fitness, education, and empowerment that’ll leave you feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident every week after visiting our local gym.
