We have started a business transformation to improve the way we engage with clients and customers, and deliver services.

Our separate business systems  CRM, TCM and Riteq will soon be a thing of the past, replaced with Compass – our one-stop-shop for all client and service information, scheduling, rostering and billing. Compass is a modern, integrated system that will improve efficiency and capability, freeing up time to focus on client service delivery.

The project team leading the set-up and introduction of Compass, comprises people from across all areas and levels of Sunnyfield.

The project is Sponsored by Andrew Hyland our CEO and led by Paul Stiff, the Program Director.

Project governance is led by the Steering Committee, which includes all the Senior Leadership Team

Our business strategy is to become more client and customer-led, providing valued services and being an agile organisation.

Compass will support and accelerate this strategy by reducing administration and enabling a greater focus on quality client and customer service.

You will be provided with training on Compass before you use it. Training will differ depending on what you need to know to prepare for the roll-out, and to use Compass in your day-to-day role. Depending on your role, it might include:

• Training for CSW’s will consist of mostly face to face training using the Skedulo App that will need to be downloaded onto your phone. The Skedulo App will be used in place of Staff Portal, and is the doorway to Compass.
• E-Learning snippets will also be available for you to refresh your memory after you have been trained.
• Initial training sessions will be approximately 2.5 hrs long. You will be paid for this training time.
• Managers and team leaders will be trained on more complex parts of Compass. This training will be face to face and will be delivered by the Training Team and Subject Matter Experts.
