Meet Lisa McGrath

Lisa has been a dedicated member of Sunnyfield for 7 years, starting as a Community Support Worker and progressing to become the Service Manager of Lake Mac hub. With a passion for the Disability Sector, she focuses on helping individuals achieve their goals and be active members of their communities. Lisa’s approach is person-centered, emphasizing participants’ abilities and providing personalized support with kindness and respect.
