Weekly Programs

We’ve got a range of programs to grow your skills and get involved. Have fun learning and socialising with supportive daily activities like nature outings, swimming, crafts or cooking all as part of your NDIS-funded plan or as a fee-for-service.
Community Access

Sunnyfield Community Access programs mean the freedom to explore as you please and thrive in your local community. Learn, play, and connect with new friends with a Sunnyfield Support Worker by your side helping you gain new experiences safely. To get out and about, it’s all about being a part of the community.

Meet Jodie Clayton
Jodie is a dedicated Disability Service Manager with 11 years of experience in the Aged care and disability sector. Her passion for helping others live their best lives drives her person-centered approach in finding unique and effective support strategies for each individual. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, studying, and cherishes time with her three daughters, aspiring to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all at the hub she manages.
