Career Plans & Pathways
Our employment plans are customisable and tailored to suit your learning style and career objectives. We’ll work together to set achievable goals so you continue to progress and succeed.
Workplace Training & Development
We’ll provide you with the necessary training to upskill you in areas that you’re interested in. Opportunities include anything from forklift license to hospitality experience.
Regular Review Meetings
Your career progression is important. You’ll meet on a regular basis with your Employment Support Officer to ensure you’re on track, receiving the right supports to succeed and rewarded for your work.

Pre-Requisites
To become part of the team here at Sunnyfield participants must:
Have NDIS funding
Be willing to work a minimum of 2 days per week
Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (3 vaccines)
